How to register
  

 

To register for the conference, please fill in the

download attached form (doc - 47 KB)

and submit it completed ONLY BY EMAIL to: registration@carloforte2008.eu by the 15th June 2008.

Preference will be given to registrations made on line. Registrations sent in by any other methods will not be valid.

In the event of a cancellation, the fee will not be refunded.

The registration fee covers:
- participation in all sessions
- conference materials
- transfer from Cagliari Elmas airport to Carloforte and back*
 - welcome cocktail on the Hotel Riviera's panoramic terrace
- conference gala dinner on Saturday 19th July 2008
- free use of the Internet Point at the Istituto Nautico
- participation in all social events

* ONLY for the days 15th, 16th e 20th July 2008.

Students
Please notice that eligibility for student fee registration requires confirmation of student status (e.g., a copy of student ID or letter from supervisor) to be mailed to the organizing secretary. For 'students' we mean ONLY full time undergraduate students.

Accompanying persons
Accompanying family members have the same special terms as the conference participants - with the exception of attending the actual conference itself and the Welcome Cocktail. The accompanying persons fee is not obbligatory, but if you do not wish to pay it, accompanying persons will be charged the full price for any shuttle service, meals and entertainment they attend.

A notification will be sent by the secretary to confirm your registration.

* Please note that the conference fee must be paid in full.
   Make sure that you cover any bank transfer expenses so they are not detracted from this.
